Getting started

First-time setup and what to expect.

How do I create my first persona?
After signup, the onboarding wizard walks you through it in 7 steps. If you skipped it, head to /dashboard/personas/new and pick a template — you can refine the voice profile later once Vyrable has learned from your published work.
I just signed up. Why does the dashboard look empty?
New accounts have no content yet, so analytics tiles render in an empty state by design. Generate your first piece on /dashboard/content/new — within a minute or two the rest of the dashboard fills in.
Can I import existing content to train my voice profile?
Yes. On the persona edit page, the "Style guide uploader" accepts a PDF or DOCX of your existing writing and extracts the operative rules into your voice profile. Or paste URLs to existing posts and Vyrable will pull them.

AI Knowledge Baseline

What is AI Knowledge Baseline?
A scheduled scan of buyer-intent questions against frontier LLMs. We measure how often your brand gets named, where you rank, and which competitors show up beside you. See the full overview for how the loop closes from measurement to content.
Why isn't my brand being mentioned by the LLM?
Either the model genuinely hasn't learned your brand (common for new / smaller brands) or the prompt is generic-enough that established names crowd you out. The playbook: add the prompt as a tracked prompt, click "Create idea" from the underperforming row, and ship a piece written specifically to be the canonical answer. Re-measure on the next cadence tick.
What's the difference between FREE and PRO scans?
FREE: 5 prompts on a weekly cadence, single LLM provider. PRO: 30 prompts daily across 2 providers. Agency: 60 prompts daily across 3 providers including Anthropic and Perplexity. See pricing for the full matrix.
Can I run a one-off scan without setting up an account?
Yes — the public AI Visibility Check tool runs a real LLM scan against any brand + prompt with no signup. Three free scans per IP per day. Each scan generates a shareable URL.

Content generation

Generating, scoring, scheduling, publishing.

How does the multi-agent pipeline work?
Every piece runs through Research → Strategy → 3 Writer variants → Judge → Winner. The judge scores authenticity, engagement, brand-alignment, Grice's Maxims, virality, and xEO citability — only the winning variant is presented to you. You can review the alternates if you want to override.
What counts as a piece for quota purposes?
One generated content row, regardless of length. The Topic Multiplier counts each format as one piece — a 7-format multiplier run uses 7 of your monthly quota.
Can I schedule for a future date?
Yes. From any APPROVED content row, click "Schedule" and pick a future timestamp. Background workers publish at the target time. You can also use the calendar drag-and-drop view on /dashboard/calendar.

Billing & trial

Plans, upgrades, payment, refunds.

What does the 14-day PRO trial include?
Full PRO tier from day 1: every persona, every content type, all 27 publishing platforms, the AI Knowledge Baseline tracker with daily scans. No credit card. The trial-banner on your dashboard shows days remaining; pick a plan in Settings → Billing any time.
What happens if I don't pick a plan when the trial ends?
On day 15 the account drops to FREE automatically. Your work stays exactly where you left it — personas, scheduled posts, brand kit, tracked prompts, generated content — only future generation pauses. Pick a plan any time later to resume.
Can I extend the trial?
Yes — once. In the last 3 days of the trial, the dashboard banner shows an "Extend +7 days" button. After that you'll need to pick a plan or contact support.
How does annual billing compare to monthly?
Annual is billed yearly with a per-month-equivalent rate shown on the pricing page. UK / EEA consumers have a 14-day cancellation right under Distance Selling Regs (see Terms §4.4). After that, all fees are non-refundable.
What if my card fails?
Stripe retries automatically over a few days. We email the account owner with a one-click link to update the card via the Stripe-hosted portal. The dashboard also shows a red banner during the dunning window. Your data stays intact; we only pause generation if Stripe gives up.

Account & data

Privacy, exports, deletion, security.

Where is my data stored?
Personal data is processed globally — primary compute in Germany, sub-processors operate from the UK, EEA, US, and other regions. See the full sub-processor list on /privacy §7. We will notify customers 14 days in advance of any sub-processor change.
How do I export my data?
From Settings, the "Export org data" action produces a ZIP of every persona, content piece, and analytics row in JSON. Available on every tier.
How do I delete my account?
Email privacy@vyrable.ai from the address on file. Your account is suspended within 24 hours and hard- deleted within 30 days. Payment records are retained 7 years per UK tax law.
Two-factor authentication?
Yes — under Settings → Security. TOTP-based. Lost your authenticator? Email support@vyrable.aiwith the account email and we'll verify your identity manually.
