4. Subscriptions and Payment

4.1 Free Tier

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or the Stripe-hosted billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period.

4.4 Consumer Cancellation Right (UK / EEA)

If you signed up as a consumer (not in the course of a business) and you live in the UK or EEA, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of your first paid subscription, irrespective of cause. The Service typically begins immediately on payment, so you are deemed to consent to performance starting before the 14-day period expires; if you cancel after substantial use, we may retain a pro-rata amount in line with applicable consumer law. 5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or generate using the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process and store your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

Content generated by the Service using AI is provided to you for your use. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of all AI-generated content before publishing or distributing it.

5.3 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Vyrable and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Generate or distribute harmful, misleading, defamatory, or illegal content
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
Impersonate any person or entity
Transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
Use the Service for spam, phishing, or other unsolicited communications
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
Use automated tools to access the Service beyond the intended API limits
Bulk-scrape, mirror, or systematically extract Service output beyond normal product use
Benchmark, reverse-engineer, or train competing AI or analytics products on Service output without our prior written consent
Resell, sub-license, or otherwise commercially redistribute the Service or its outputs as a stand-alone offering

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X/Twitter). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party platforms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any content before use.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VYRABLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
