Acceptable Use Policy

1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using the Vyrable platform at vyrable.ai and any related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. This policy supplements our Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to update this AUP at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the Service to:

• Create, edit, schedule, and publish content for yourself, your brand, or organisations you are authorised to represent
• Build and manage brand personas that reflect real entities you have authority over
• Analyse content performance and audience engagement
• Connect third-party platforms you own or have permission to manage
• Use our API within documented rate limits and in accordance with your subscription tier

3. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the Service to do any of the following:

3.1 Spam and Unsolicited Communications

• Generate or distribute bulk unsolicited messages, comments, or connection requests
• Use the platform to send spam, chain letters, or phishing communications
• Artificially inflate engagement metrics (likes, shares, follows) through automated or deceptive means

3.2 Harmful and Illegal Content

• Create, publish, or distribute content that promotes hatred, violence, discrimination, or harassment based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
• Produce content that is defamatory, obscene, or constitutes a credible threat
• Generate content that infringes intellectual property rights of third parties
• Create or distribute sexually explicit content involving minors
• Use the Service for any activity that violates applicable law or regulation

3.3 Impersonation

• Create personas that impersonate real individuals, brands, or organisations without their authorisation
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity
• Use the Service to create misleading or deceptive content designed to manipulate public opinion

Personas must represent real entities you have authority over. If you manage content on behalf of a client, you must have documented permission to act on their behalf.

3.4 Automated Access and Scraping

• Access the Service through automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) beyond our documented APIs
• Exceed the rate limits or usage quotas of your subscription tier
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
• Circumvent any technical measures designed to enforce usage restrictions

3.5 Security and Integrity

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts, data, or content
• Introduce viruses, malware, ransomware, or other malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the availability, integrity, or performance of the Service
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without written permission

4. Content Ownership and Licence

You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or generate using the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant Vyrable a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to process, store, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

This licence terminates when you delete Your Content or close your account, except where retention is required for legal compliance (see our Privacy Policy for data retention periods).

We do not claim ownership of Your Content and will not use it for purposes other than delivering and improving the Service, unless you provide explicit consent.

5. Enforcement and Account Termination

We take violations of this AUP seriously. If we determine that you have breached this policy, we may take one or more of the following actions at our sole discretion:

• Warning: Issue a written warning describing the violation and required remediation
• Content removal: Remove or disable access to content that violates this policy
• Feature restriction: Temporarily restrict access to specific features or integrations
• Account suspension: Temporarily suspend your account pending investigation
• Account termination: Permanently terminate your account and delete associated data

Where possible, we will notify you before taking enforcement action and provide an opportunity to address the issue. However, we reserve the right to act immediately where a violation poses a risk to the safety of others, the integrity of the Service, or involves illegal activity.

Terminated accounts are not eligible for refunds. You may appeal an enforcement decision by contacting us at hello@vyrable.ai.

6. Reporting Violations

If you believe that a user is violating this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it to us. We investigate all reports in good faith and take appropriate action.

To report a violation, email us at hello@vyrable.ai with the following information:

• A description of the violation
• The URL or location of the offending content (if applicable)
• Any supporting evidence (screenshots, links)
• Your contact information

We will acknowledge your report within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 10 working days.
