LinkedIn project post-mortem
Honest write-up format for a project that shipped: what worked, what didn't, what changed our thinking. Builds trust faster than another 'lessons learned' post.
The prompt
Write a LinkedIn post-mortem about {{project}}.
Format:
- Hook (1 line): the outcome in numbers.
- "What we got right" — 3 bullets, each one sentence, each with a specific decision.
- "What we got wrong" — 3 bullets, candid, including a decision we'd reverse.
- "What changed our thinking" — one paragraph, 3–4 sentences, on the deeper assumption that was wrong.
- Close: what we're taking into the next project.
Voice: {{persona}}. Underplay rather than overstate. Don't end on a humblebrag. How to use it
- Replace the
{{placeholders}}with your topic, persona, and audience. - Paste into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or any LLM — or hit Use in Vyrable to run it through the full multi-agent pipeline (research → strategy → 3 writer variants → judge).
- Edit the output. Even tested templates need a human touch on tone + facts.
