Mission Control: Where Everything Lives

The kanban that runs your whole content operation, plus the AI assistants you can assign to any card.

Mission Control is the workspace that ties everything together. Ideas, drafts, campaigns, ad copy, email — every piece of work in your account lives as a card on a single board. When you're new to the platform you can ignore it. Once you're publishing regularly, it becomes the screen you live on.

This article is a tour. By the end you'll know what every column and assistant does and how to use them.

The board

A kanban board with a fixed set of stages: Backlog → In Progress → Review → Scheduled → Live → Done. Plus two side bins: Parking Lot (ideas you might want later) and History (everything that's already shipped).

Every card moves left-to-right through these stages. You never have to think about what stage something is in — the platform infers it from the underlying state. A piece in Review is one that has a draft awaiting your approval. A piece in Scheduled has a publish time set. A piece in Live is published.

You can drag cards between columns to override. The platform updates the underlying state to match. This is how you'd, for example, pull a published piece back into review if you noticed a typo.

The card types

Six types of work show up as cards:

Ideas — topics you (or the AI) thought of, before they become a draft. Lightweight; can sit in Backlog for months.

Content — actual content pieces. Posts, articles, threads, scripts. The bread and butter.

Campaigns — multi-piece efforts. A campaign card represents the campaign itself; individual pieces within it are their own content cards.

Ad campaigns — paid promotion. Ad creative, targeting, budget.
