Search + category filter on the /tools hub — type to filter by name, blurb, slug, or category; combine with the All / AI / SEO / Social / Email / Writing / Workflow chips. With 33 tools the hub needed it.
Discord, Make, Zapier intake bridge — POST /api/inbound/intake with /bug, /idea, or /note prefixes to file bugs (FeedbackEntry), content ideas (Mission Control), or notes straight from a Discord channel. Staff-only /admin/inbound page shows config status + a Send-test button so you can verify wiring before pointing Discord at it.
Planner → real Content loop — saved annual plans now have three follow-up paths in the header: 'Promote all to Mission Control' (52 idea cards instantly, no LLM cost), 'Generate first 3' (real Content rows in ~60 seconds, quota-aware), and 'Activate as recurring' (campaign that auto-generates one article per cadence tick). Plus the planner itself now generates in 13-week chunks under the hood so 52-week plans no longer get silently truncated at the token cap.
Sticky bottom save bar on both persona pages (new + edit). Long forms used to make you scroll back to the top to save; status chip shows 'Unsaved' / 'Saved at HH:MM' / 'Ready to create' depending on context.
CSV / newline / semicolon paste-to-multi-chip on every persona + theme chip input — paste 'B2B SaaS, Content marketing, Indie hackers' into the Industries field and get three chips instead of one. Same on Expertise, Content Pillars, Vocabulary, and the planner + campaigns theme inputs.
/admin index page — directory of all 21 staff surfaces grouped by Customers / Money / Operations / Content / Platform, with a one-line description of what each is for.
AI Visibility Tracker depth (staff dashboard) — platform-wide framing health on /admin/visibility-scans, competitor framing tile + CSV export, new competitor_advantage alert that fires when a competitor's framing pulls notably ahead of yours, per-prompt framing trend strip, alt-text checker integration.
Fixed 'Last seen' on /admin/users — it was reading Session.expires (a future date, often empty under JWT strategy). Now derives from real activity tables — kanban moves, comments, content reviews, bookmarks.
